 This is Coach’s first album of original compositions, made up of songs written over the six years since the group’s formation.  Looking back after having come such a long way, every difficult, frustration-filled, confused yesterday was beautiful, since they resulted in these songs.  Every day is a beautiful day, filled with both the sense of self-motivation from the time these songs were written, and today’s feeling of happiness from realizing a dream.

This is a very genuine, true-to-life album; it doesn’t have any synthesized sounds or overdubs.  It honestly shows the unique styles and attitudes of the four members of the band.  You’ll hear the sounds you expect from Coach, like exciting party music and funk.  You’ll also hear Coach’s deepest, most introspective, and most spiritual musical achievements.  This is without doubt 2009’s most important album release by a Taiwanese band.  Experience an indie band’s growth and sturdy vigor.
